Rules and Restrictions
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of product purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • You must include the order information. Be certain to save copies for your records.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a Customer Service Representative immediately at (400) 880-1980or via return request form
  • Returns must be received within 10 days of return authorization.

You can expect a refund within 3-5 days of our receiving your returned product.

If you do not contact Customer Service for return authorization, We cannot guarantee credit or replacement of returned merchandise.
